After we started our Rubber Facility, we did not have good and flexible support for tooling supplier, especially on Cost, Delivery and Quality.  So we established the engineering facility and started acquiring and building the expertise in tool making and metal fabrication, through learning, acquiring the experienced personnel and training of our existing staff. Within an year of our starting operations of Rubber Manufacturing, we were able to built a really good team of Engineers for making the tools and moulds.

During these period our design team has done a magnificent job of designing various tools, machines for our captive requirements as well as supplied to various customers. We manufacture our own hydraulic presses.When one of our customer approached us for manufacturing Dairy panels and lock ups we took up the challenge and supplied the product in record time. Currently we have a really good welding shop and we can churn out about 200-300 tons of fabricated metal products per month. With our multi skilled work force, we would be able to delivery 6-8 rubber moulding dies per month.
